Azin Lulleh Sepahan Co
Azin Lulleh Sepahan Co. was established in 1998 on a piece of land of surface area of 14000 m² and started its activity bearing in mind principles of quality and client satisfaction. Regarding increased volume of local and foreign orders, the firm was developed at two times and at present continues its activities with 14 modern pipe production and 10 fitting injection devices. Actually this firm has the capacity of manufacturing 27 tons of pipe, fittings, and etc. 


Products of this firm are supplied in two green and white colors and with distinguished specifications:
1- Lack of light entry into the pipes to prevent growth of microorganisms and algae.
2- Presence of indicative line on pipes and fittings for speedier and safer installation.
3- Existence of five layered pipes for reliable use in closed systems and warm water networks with capability of preventing oxygen penetration and significant loss of longitudinal expansion factor.

Raw material used in this plant is polypropylene (Co polymer) type 3 with abbreviation PPRC supplied from creditable world suppliers. Raw material, following entry to the plant is sampled by the laboratory staff and undergo such tests as MFI, density, humidity, and heavy metal content extraction. Following final confirmation, such materials are mixed with 1% authorized additives and made ready for exploitation.
Mixed materials enter reservoir of the extruder device and conveyed to the cylinders. On cylinders, thermal gauges are installed to adjust its temperature in accordance with the relevant technology and through… movement inside the cylinder, the kneaded material are propelled forward so that after crossing the spiral are extruded as a hollow ductile paste.
The traction device installed at the end of the line, with a constant speed propels the pipe forward and causes the pipe to move from the mold.
Following exit from the mold, materials enter to the vacuum tank at the beginning of which due to existence of a calibrator and vacuum, their final internal diameter is shaped. All through this process course, the pipes are sprayed with pulverized water so that gradually they lose temperature and are prevented from being deformed.
After passing through the vacuum tank, the pipe is fully shaped and bears a high temperature and is cooled via some cooling tanks situated at interval up to the end of the line. Meanwhile indicative line of the pipe is made through adding colored materials at the phase of crossing through the spiral.
All pipe technical specifications and all parameters needed for tracing are printed on the pipe via the jet printer device.
At the end of the line, the pipe is automatically cut into 4m sections and after during process and final control is made ready for packaging.


During the process controlling of the following issues are inspected:
• Pipe appearance
• Pipe dimensions including thickness, external diameter and length.
• Quality of indicative line and pipe print
• 100% inspection of inside of the pipe
In case of final confirmation, the pipes are packaged at specified numbers for each size and stored.

 

Quality control:
Pipes are controlled according to the German DIN standard and national standards of Iran.
All dimensional parameters are instituted in accordance with the German DIN 8077 and the national standard 6312 of Iran.
Tests are concluded on the pipes in accordance with the German DIN 8078 standard and the national Iranian 6316 standard.

1- Hydrostatic pressure test: In this test, for computing the pipe life according to standard, an index called Hoop stress is defined which indicates the relationship between time stress inflicted on the pipe wall and the temperature inside these polypropylene pipes which are computable according to standards.
2- Impart test: According to this test, firstly the pipe temperature is reduced to zero and then it is tested with the impact device. At this test the pipe should not bear facture at more than one point.

At the thermal recurrent test as well, pipe samples are placed at 135 0C on talk powder inside the oven. After this, period samples are taken out of the oven and when the sample temperature reaches to 23 0C, amount of changes are compared with the standard.
Also, Azin Lulleh fittings are prepared employing advanced injection devices and after bearing tests and final control are sent to the store.
