About Resa Sepahan Noor Co.
Resa Sepahan Noor Co.
Resa Sepahan Noor Company was established in 1998 with cooperation of the German Electronikon Co with a nominal capacity of producing 500,000 condensers, and with cooperation on behalf of the German Electronikon Co., Resa Sepahan Noor Company was established in 1998. This firm started manufacturing power factor amendment condensers and electromotors with capacities of 6 to 100 μF and at present continues its activities with an annual capacity of producing 3,000,000 condensers and electromotors which is an effective step toward optimizing national use of energy and self-sufficiency.
Condenser manufacturing is a complex high-tech process which, fortunately has been achieved through effort and endeavor on behalf of the firm staff.
At first, metallized films as raw materials for producing condensers are warped according to the condenser type in different dimensions and metrages, via automatic devices around a core.
Following final control of the manufactured primary core, via electric arc and a wind funnel (core), a layer of zinc is sprayed on both core heads.
This layer ensures flow of a uniform electric current on condenser sheets. Manufactured cores then, through eight phases, applying various voltages and currents from the viewpoint of conformity to standards, are controlled so that those discordant to standard conditions would be discarded from the production cycle.
Controlled cores, prior to being placed in the case are solded with a resistor of high Ohm so that in cases that the condenser is not active in the electric current circuit, no voltage remains on it and does not damage the condenser.
Also on both ends of the condenser core is solded a piece of wire, type of which depends on orders, to be prepared to place it the condenser polymer case.
On this case are inserted all condenser technical specifications including type, capacity and maximum work period.
Once the condenser core is placed inside the case, the case is filled up with a special resin to protect the condenser against humidity.
The last step of assembly is to fix the condenser cap and at the end the condensers bear the final tests of voltage and capacity.
On all condensers, tracing codes are printed so that at any stage tracing and surveying the goods is possible.
Condensers confirmed by the quality control unit are placed in special packages and are ready to be stored for sale.
